What are the benefits of the Polytech Module System?

2. The Polytech MS wall panels are made of lightweight concrete (or styroconcrete) modified at our laboratory. External walls made of this material offer good and long-lasting thermal insulation properties. The thermal transmittance (U-value) of the walls does not exceed 0.15W/m2K (this is in compliance with the EU requirements effective after 2021). This technology reduces the cost of heating your house in the winter and the cost of cooling it in the summer, significantly in either case.
3. The Polytech MS technology can also be used to construct a passive house if the other parts of the building are designed and constructed properly.
4. With the Polytech MS technology, the process of building the external and internal walls of your new house is quick and hassle-free, which cuts construction time and costs substantially.
5. With the Polytech MS technology, the doors and windows of your building can be arranged freely, and the dimensions of the modules can be adjusted to construct a house however designed, even if you have already decided to use a ready-made house design.
6. When Polytech MS lightweight concrete panels are used to build the walls of your house, any ceiling construction system can also be used for the building.
